Join Michelle Johnson for a Personal Assessment, One-on-One Training Session and some private nutrition coaching. This covers your Personal Assessment, two Split Training Sessions, Nutritional Coaching (includes Starting Calorie & Macro Counts) and a Posing Session. You will receive a summary of your meeting within two business days after your appointment that will include a starting nutritional and exercise program that will last for 2 weeks.
