Want to learn how to train effectively while on your program. No better way than to work with your very own Competition Prep Coach. Although training is not needed, it does help get you off to a good start. If you are having trouble growing muscle, throw in these sessions to guarantee your progress. You want to ensure you are hitting the right muscles and doing things with proper technique. This is an add on to your program. Sessions are 45 minutes in length and will be held at a Bethesda/Rockville Maryland Facility that Michelle is approved to train at.
